"Helpful Staff, But Communication Could Be Clearer"
I went in not really knowing what protein to get, and I was a little annoyed at first because some of the info on the products wasn’t very clear. Thankfully, the staff explained everything in a simple way and didn’t try to push the most expensive option on me. I ended up feeling good about what I bought.

"Replacement sorted, but annoying it arrived damaged"
My protein tub showed up cracked, with powder leaking all through the box, which was frustrating. I’ll be honest, I don’t usually have much faith in customer service actually helping, so I wasn’t expecting much when I messaged elitesupps. To their credit, they replied quickly, asked for a photo, and organised a replacement without making it a big drama. It took a few days to arrive, but it was sorted in the end. Giving 4 stars because the service was decent, but it still arrived damaged in the first place...

Ordered from Elite Supps and everything matched the product info exactly — flavour, size, ingredients, all of it. It did make it easier to choose the right one, though I still felt like I had to spend too much time checking details just to be sure. When it arrived there were no weird surprises, so overall I’m happy with it.

"Small mix up but they fixed it fast"
Had a little issue with my order and yeah I was a bit annoyed at first. Messaged Elite Supps and they got back to me quick, no runaround or anything. They sorted it out and kept me in the loop the whole time. Stuff happens I guess, but it was good to see they actually handled it properly. Ended up happy with it and I'd order again

"Easy Checkout Overall"
I was in a good mood and just trying to get my order done quickly, so I appreciated that there were a few payment options to choose from. Checkout was simple and didn’t give me any trouble. The only small thing was that PayPal took a little longer to load than I expected, but overall it was a smooth experience.

"Really happy with the recommendation"
I got a really good recommendation for a pre-workout and protein that actually suited me, which was nice because it felt like they’d properly listened. The order came quick too, really quick, and the advice didn’t feel copy and paste at all. It felt personal and actually useful. Happy with it, honestly.

"Always on time"
I’ve ordered from them a few times now the delivery has been really consistent. Like, every time they give me a window, I’m half expecting it to be late because that’s usually how these things go, but nope, it shows up when they said it would. Simple, but it makes a big difference.

"Tracking was fine, emails a little slow"
The tracking worked fine for me, no real issues there. I could see where things were going, so that part was all good. The only thing is the emails could’ve come through a bit quicker, because I was kind of waiting around for updates. Not a big problem, just a bit slow on that side.

Been ordering from Elite Supps a few times now, and the prices have been good compared to other sites I looked at. Usually find decent deals too, so never really feel like I’m paying too much.
Products I’ve bought have all been solid and lasted me ages, so value-wise I’m happy. Easy website to use, orders have been hassle-free, and will definitely keep buying from them.

"Helpful without being pushy"
I went in not really knowing what I needed, and I was already a bit tired of dealing with salespeople by that point. The staff were actually really easy to talk to, helped me out heaps, and didn’t try to push anything on me. Made the whole shop straightforward.

"Solid and Fairly Good for the Price"
I’ve been using it for a bit and, to be fair, it does exactly what I needed it to do. The quality seems good, and I haven’t had any issues so far. It’s not anything overly fancy, but it gets the job done well, which is really what matters.

I wasn’t expecting much, but the promo code worked straight away and knocked a decent amount off my total. I always check the little price breakdown before paying, and seeing the discount line pop up correctly was weirdly satisfying. Ended up saving heaps, so I was happy with that.

"showed up way faster than i thought"
i ordered from elite supps and wasn’t expecting it to arrive so quickly. it turned up about 2 days later, which was a nice surprise. everything was packed properly too, so no complaints from me. happy with how fast the delivery was.
